Nokia has announced today that this month they are launching their much awaited and the best camera phone in its class , the Nokia 808 Pureview in India and Russia.
Nokia 808 Pureview is no ordinary phone. Winner of Best Mobile Device at Mobile World Congress 2012 and Best Imaging Innovation for 2012 from TIPA ( Technical Image Press Assocation ) , the phone carries a whopping high resolution 41 MP Camera powered by Carl Zeiss optics and features new pixel oversampling technology .
Nokia has big hopes for the phone as Jo Harlow Head of Smart Devices at Nokia says “ “PureView has completely raised the bar on imaging performance for the whole smartphone industry – and Nokia is not stopping here, we’re going to carry on developing PureView for our future smartphones in ways that will again revolutionize the imaging experience.”
