As many of you know that I’m also a Pharmaceutical Marketer based in Pakistan and many a times to meet clients I have to visit far flung areas in the country where basic healthcare facilities are non existent. The unique thing about Pakistan is that at places , you may not get clean water but mobile services with data connection on EDGE is always available. One of the many things I’ve seen in the field is how doctors diagnose patients and send their records to the nearest towns for basic tests as the facilities are not available in the villages and at times it could result in life and death.
While playing with the 808 PureView with some MacGuyver thinking we attached a regular field microscope lens to our 808 PureView and tried taking some snaps from it.
We looked at a piece of newspaper and you can see how beautifully 808 PureView has captured it’s fibers ( in Automatic mode ) and even at several times zoom the pixels have maintained it’s density giving a clear view of the fibers , just imagine what a qualified doctor in a remote village can do with the setup and how many lives can he save just in getting the results in time .
